Precautions for installation and debugging of two-way flow hard-touch hard rotary ball valve and installation direction
Precautions for installation, commissioning and installation direction of two-way flow hard-touch hard rotary ball valve:
1. There should be no reduced diameter, elbow, bellows, etc. on the pipeline within 1DN length before and after the two-way flow hard-to-hard spin ball valve;
2. If the two-way flow hard-on-hard rotary ball valve is compactly installed front and back with butterfly valves, hydraulic automatic valves, butterfly check valves or butterfly slow-closing check valves, the distance between the two adjacent valves is not less than 1DN;
3. When the valve plate is assembled, installed, transported, maintained, overhauled or disassembled, pay attention not to touch the sealing surface and take strict protective measures;
4. The valve plate of the two-way flow hard-to-hard rotary ball valve should be closed during assembly, transportation, installation and storage;
5. If it is necessary to disassemble the two-way flow hard-touch hard rotary ball valve, be careful not to damage the shaft sleeve to prevent the loss of the cone and the loss of the shaft sleeve;
6. After assembly, installation, maintenance and overhaul, the metal chips, dirt, and impurities in the two-way flow hard-to-hard spin ball valve should be removed, and the sealing surface of the surfacing welding should be wiped clean;
7. Regardless of horizontal installation or vertical installation, be sure to pay attention to the installation direction of the spin ball valve. When the direction of the flow path cannot be determined, when the two-way flow hard-to-hard spin ball valve is opened, the valve plate has a large end facing the water inlet direction;
8. If the two-way flow hard-to-hard spin ball valve is not used for a long time, please coat the sealing surface with butter or cover the sealing surface with oil paper or wax paper.
